Can I cancel my booking due to Covid?
Under the EU Directive on Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements, you have the right to cancel your booking for free, before the start of the holiday, in the event of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances resulting from COVID such as:
• Your government has restricted travel to or from your holiday destination
• Your holiday destination country has restricted travel to or from your holiday destination
• Your government advice to avoid non-essential travel
• Any other circumstances related to COVID that may prevent you to attend your holiday.
If you can provide any written proof we will gladly replace your booking dates or/and destination. If you are unable to stay/travel at a place because the area you are travelling from, or to, has issued a COVID travel ban, or you test positive for Covid, we will offer you the opportunity to change your dates. Where this isn’t possible, you can to book an alternative location at another time or a refund.

Along with a team of experts, we have reviewed our existing health and safety processes and developed a Safety Protocol. This in-depth cleanliness and disinfection protocol is designed to ensure your safety and peace of mind from check-in to check-out. Every single property has been equipped with resources and educational materials on how to handle suspected or confirmed cases of COVID or lock-down for quarantine purposes in cooperation with the local authorities.

If you can provide any written proof we will gladly replace your booking dates or/and destination.
Your booking will be exchange to an equivalent or superior quality one at your choice with no extra cost, based on availability. (price difference must not be more than 20% of original booking price)
If you decide for a cheaper holiday, we will refund any extra cost.
If you can’t find any suitable dates or places on our website we will offer a full refund within 14 business days.

Our Covid Policy
Due to Covid, however, excellent hygiene processes it is being done in all areas of the facility. From the hall to pool, from the rooms to the common areas, everything it is sanitized and safe at all times. Dispensers for the sanitizing gel allow guests to wash their hands at any time. The objects that are touched most often, such as the handles of the doors and furniture, the switches, the remote controls, etc. are very carefully sanitized. The sheets and linen are machine washed at 70 ° C or more. Because our guests are very important for us, we are doing the best to keep you safe at all times and we allow a 24h cleaning policy between bookings.

There is no denying that 2020 and 2021 have been incredibly challenging years for many people around the world. Our thoughts are with all of those who have been affected by the Covid pandemic.
After such a challenging year, we know that many of our valued guests are looking forward to enjoying a relaxing break, to rest and recharge for a brighter future. We are pleased to offer these gateway holidays while ensuring that every precaution is taken to provide our guests’ safety and the needed peace of mind. These precautions and the well-being of all the partners and staff members we work with are our primary concerns.
To enable the offering of our famously fantastic luxury Villas & Chalets stays while also ensuring our guests’ health and safety, we have put together a detailed COVID plan. We have followed advice from leading health agencies, governments, and practitioners to formulate a strategy to ensure we can confidently offer luxe stays in our beautiful properties.
In our current environment, self-catered Villas and Chalets are an excellent option as, by nature, there is minimal person-to-person contact outside of your family group. As such, we have increased our self-catering options and have seen a strong interest in these properties.
We are also taking many additional steps to protect our cherished guests’ health and safety.
The precautions we are taking include:
• All our Villas & Chalets are being thoroughly cleaned and disinfected regularly. We have established cleaning checklists to ensure that every aspect of our properties gets the attention it requires.
• All shared areas of the Villas & Chalets s are being disinfected daily, with a strong focus on common touchpoints such as door handles.
• The whole Villa or Chalet is thoroughly disinfected and aired from top-to-bottom on changeover days between guests.
• Our A-List Villas & Chalets staff and partners have undertaken appropriate training in Covid safety measures, including proper hygiene measures.
• Staff is being monitored, with temperature checks taken at the beginning of each shift.
• We have generous supplies of personal protective equipment for staff, and they have been trained on how to use it properly.
• Hand sanitizer, gloves, and paper towels are readily available and utilized by staff on every shift.
• One dedicated staff member provides all grocery deliveries to our in-house chefs.
We understand that this is a challenging time for many people, and we want to ensure that our guests feel entirely confident in enjoying their well-deserved holiday. As such, we encourage our guests to speak to us about additional safety measures, such as limiting the number of support staff, and we will do our utmost to accommodate these.
